CANCELLATION POLICY

At booking, you are required to make a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount fluctuates on which service you will receive. Your deposit will be credited to your appointment the day of service. We understand there may be occasions when a client must cancel or miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Please know that we value our clients’ and our businesses time. We set aside professional resources to meet the individual needs of our clients’. In the event of a no show or cancellation notification given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment date/time will result in a forfeit of your booking deposit. If you have a gift certificate, failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeit of your service / certificate. Please be aware if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered canceled/ no show. No deposit refund, transfer, or credit will be issued. If you have paid in full for a service, and fail to cancel prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, considered more than 10 minutes late, or a no show, the paid amount minus the forfeited deposit will be listed as a credit on your Veraina’s account.
